Cidnie Carroll recently left the food and wine industry to pursuit sailing full time aboard SV Ceol Mor. Having worn the hat of professional musician, event manager and coordinator, chef, restaurant manager and cooking coach, she looks forward to donning new hats as she and her husband Mark set off to see some cool stuff, meet some interesting people and explore the world a bit. A life long lover of wine and well made Manhattans, she also proudly holds the titles of Mom, wife, friend, traveler and aspiring legend.
